Our inner critic is loud, demanding, ever-present, and sometimes even harsh and condescending. Think about it, if your best friend spoke to you the way your inner critic speaks to you, how long would that person be your best friend?

First, we will work to understand the inner critic, exploring its origin and its purpose. (Yes, it does have a purpose!) Then we will walk through steps that differentiate and define your inner critic and your more positive inner coach. Then we’ll give you positive, actionable tips to manage your inner critic and allow your inner coach to take a more active role in your life.
