It’s 2023…what are you going to do this year to become a better leader? I know as a leader you are busy. Too busy no matter what position you hold in your organization. When I was in an executive role at a large sheriff’s office, I was often frustrated with the day to day demands that often kept me from the big picture concerns I had. Let’s start this year off right with easy wins and small goals, leaving the idea of perfection in the past. We are human and as a result we take a step back on occasion but let’s develop an obtainable, usable plan that moves us forward. We will talk about small, incremental changes and habits that can be formed for personal growth. Do you have five minutes a day for growth? Then join me as we work to navigate the leadership journey!
