Madeline Noblett is the chief information officer for Poudre School District (PSD), which serves roughly 27,000 students in 53 schools in Northern Colorado, and oversees the district’s seven-member Communications Department (video, graphic design, web, social media, internal/external/crisis communications). She has worked in crisis communications since 2008, including as a journalist with the Loveland Reporter-Herald and Fort Collins Coloradoan; as the public affairs and communications manager for Poudre Fire Authority; and in her current role supporting PSD schools, departments, the superintendent and Board of Education. In addition to honing her skills through response to hundreds of emergency incidents, Noblett is a graduate of FEMA’s advanced public information officer course and was a 2017 nominee for the Emergency Services Public Information Officer of Colorado’s public information officer of the year award. She has spent her career building relationships and believes that true community change comes from collaboration and partnership.

Kate Kimble is the public relations manager for Fort Collins Police Services in Fort Collins, Colorado. She has experience in strategic communication, journalism, small business marketing and social media management. She leads the FCPS Media Response Team, manages the agency’s digital presence, and facilitates meaningful interactions between police and the community.
