After the creation of a community crisis response within your law enforcement agency, how do you manage the programs and balance issues that arise? Is there an appropriate time to completely change a response if your evaluation shows it is not effective?

We will discuss the unique challenges of these programs within law enforcement and the unique need to consider program changes to address the community or funding option as they change. Lastly, we will look at the possible evolution of social services and legal options to remove law enforcement from crisis response.
