Thoughts on Leadership

Dan Linskey, Superintendent-in-Chief of the Boston Police Department during the Boston Marathon bombing, shared his wisdom and ideas during his discussion about Leadership. Here’s just one of his insights.

“The fire department and hospitals have a lot of things the police departments can learn from. Listening to their input ahead of time, having a multi-disciplinary plan, training together, and building those relationships beforehand, understand them so in crisis you can work together.”
