Thoughts on Celebrating Accomplishments from Bobby Kipper

It’s easy to forget to celebrate the “wins” no matter how small in life.  Bobby Kipper reminded us though during his webinar, Performance Driven Thinking for First Responders (part 2)  that we should always take time to celebrate, no matter how small those accomplishments are.
