Thoughts about Bravery from Brenda Dietzman

Bravery can look different in a variety of situations.  There’s the kind of bravery that entails running into a burning house to rescue the people inside. There’s the kind of bravery that whistleblowers have that helps them stand up and tell the truth about situations. But there is also the bravery that leaders must have to manage and empower our organizations during tumultuous times.
