First responders and criminal justice professionals face different types of pressure and stress that just happens to be inherent in the profession. This webinar explores effective tactics for maintaining mental health through easily implemented habits that can be built upon into daily routines.

Leading the discussion is Scott Medlin, who served as a sworn officer for 15 years and a member of the US Marine Corps. He is the owner of L.E.O. Motivation LLC and creator of the rising YouTube channel and podcast, “The 10 Code Mindset”. He also published several books, including “Mental Health Fight Of The Heroes in Blue”, “101 Health Tips for Police Officers”,  and “Truths Beyond the Police Academy”.

  • The prevalence of mental health issues in US adults, and the even higher risk for first responders which requires a shift from a problem-focused to a solutions-centered approach.
