Reginald Ware Jr. is a recent retiree from the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD). After beginning his illustrious career in 1993, Reginald served 6 years as a patrol officer, 9 years as an Investigator and 5 years conducting undercover investigations. During his tenure, Reginald investigated juvenile crimes, abductions and missing and exploited persons, and served as a member and PGPD’s liaison to the Maryland’s Child Abduction Response Team (CART). Reginald has also received training through the United States Department of State in counter-trafficking training. In addition, Reginald has served as an investigator on the Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET), Financial Crimes Unit and in the Special Investigation Division as a member of the Organized Crime Unit. Reginald has obtained significant amounts of training focused in surveillance, security assessments, executive protection, and within different areas of Homeland Security. Reginald maintains current certifications in A.L.I.C.E (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter and Evacuate) which is a variation of active shooter trainings. Reginald currently works for a major utility company, where he serves as an investigator and liaison officer to the United States Department of Homeland Security.
