Patrick Doyle

Patrick Doyle is the vice-chairman of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Criminal Justice Information Systems Committee. He also leads the Integrated Justice Information Systems (IJIS) Institute Law Enforcement Imaging Technology Task Force. Patrick has directed numerous research projects into police technologies including facial recognition, license plate readers, Cloud usage and data management practices. He is a retired New Jersey State Trooper and was the Senior Watch Officer at the largest government “all threats” intelligence center in the United States. He served in dozens of significant command-level liaison positions with the FBI, U.S. Secret Service and New York City Police Department throughout his 25-year career in law enforcement. Patrick is currently the Director of Justice and Law Enforcement for the Unisys Corporation, a global IT company.
