John Schow

Chief John Schow has been involved in juvenile justice reform efforts for roughly 16 of his 23 years working in the juvenile justice systems in Arizona and Illinois. Over the past seven years, Chief Schow has been a leader in bringing the Kids at Hope Cultural Framework to three high performing juvenile probation departments.

Currently serving in a newly create dual role or “CEO” position for the Arizona Superior Court in Cochise County, Chief Schow holds the titles of Court Administrator and Chief Probation Officer in a six-division general jurisdiction court, to include oversight of the combined Adult and Juvenile Probation Department and Juvenile Detention Center.
