Grant McDougall

Dr. Grant McDougall is a frequent keynote speaker and trainer at state, national and international conferences and has provided on-site training at law enforcement agencies and organizations throughout the United States.  He is a board member of the National Sheriff’s Association’s Psychological Services Section and the provider of psychological services for numerous law enforcement agencies within Florida.  He has provided in-service training for officers, has served as an on-scene advisor during critical incidents, mass shootings, and line-of-duty fatalities, and has worked with officers and administrators in the aftermath of tragedies.  He is a nationally recognized expert on trauma, officer-involved critical incidents, law enforcement suicide, and the psychology of mass shootings.

In addition to his role as a speaker and consultant, Dr. McDougall has more than 20 years of experience providing counseling services for law enforcement officers and their families.  He owns Southeastern Counseling and Consultation, a Florida-based organization that specializes in serving first responders.
