We are our own worst critics when it comes to our own self image, but have you been paying enough attention lately? We all know the importance of being in good health, especially our public safety officials. The demands they have in the field are unlike any other profession. Let’s not discount all other full-time office professionals either. Working at a desk all day puts a lot of stress on our bodies from poor posture and circulation to strain on our eyes and other stresses. During this webinar, attendees will learn a lot of important tips and facts about calories, cardio, and weights and why its important to not lose sight of being healthy. It will be educational and non-commercial.
