Dr. Chris Jones oversees training for 3M’s enterprise operations in Clinton, Tennessee.  Prior to joining 3M, he was a training specialist at the University of TN Law Enforcement Innovation Center and National Forensic Academy.   He has a passion for public service and has trained thousands of law enforcement officers throughout his career.  Some of his most popular subjects include domestic violence investigations, leadership, crime prevention, school safety, sexual assault investigations, and active shooter response.  Dr. Jones has created curricula and presented for every level of law enforcement, including domestic and international programs.  He has taught in Nigeria, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Jordan.  Dr. Jones began his law enforcement career as a police officer in Kingsport, TN.  He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership & Professional Practice.
