Andre Brooks

Investigator Andre Brooks has over 30 years of public safety and law enforcement experience. Investigator Brooks joined the Prince George’s County Police Department, in Prince George’s County Maryland in 1990. Prior to joining the Police Department, Investigator Brooks spent time volunteering as a Fire Fighter with the Prince George’s County Fire Department. After joining the Police Department in 1990, Investigator Brooks has held a multitude of assignments throughout the department, and his area of expertise is in investigations. Investigator Brooks has extensive knowledge in Investigations of Homicides, Patrol operations, C.O.P.S. (Community Oriented Policing), station narcotic and gang investigations, Crime scene and evidence collection investigations, Commercial and Residential robbery investigations, sexual assault investigations, crimes against person’s investigations as well as fraud and economic crimes investigations. Investigator Brooks is an accomplished and decorated veteran Police Investigator who has received numerous departmental accommodations and awards, to include the prestigious Bronze medal of Valor. Investigator Brooks spent 26 years with the Prince George’s County Police department, retiring in 2017. Investigator Brooks is currently an internal investigator for a major water utilities company in the Washington, DC area. Investigator Brooks is a people -person, who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and professionalism, and is a valuable asset to the Worldwide Security Consultants Company.
