Curious leadership can revitalize organizations where new ideas struggle to gain traction and are stuck in traditional ways of operation. Curiosity fosters a culture of safety, resilience, and openness, recognizing that no leader has all the answers, but that collective wisdom can propel an organization towards its mission.

Leading the discussion is crowd favorite, Brenda Dietzman. Brenda has almost three decades of criminal justice background, retiring from her last post as the Undersheriff in charge of jail operations of 1,400 inmates and 300 employees. She is currently the founder of Wayfinder Consulting and is a passionate speaker providing evidence-based solutions in her training and presentations.
