In this course, we will examine how to harness the power of conflict to cultivate creativity instead of chaos. Participants will emerge with an understanding of how to leverage the most common types of workplace disagreements to solve problems in innovative ways that have lasting impacts.

This was by far the best course I’ve participated in for realistic, sensible information.
The overview was great. I also appreciated the practical elements.
Everything was relevant. I heard some things I did not know.
I enjoyed Ms Crowley’s personal touch that she gave to the presentation.
The presenter was clear and provided examples of real stories. Very thorough and interesting.
She broke down everything in a way so that a person with little knowledge could understand.
The price is $146 for each student. We do have discounts available for JCH Members and group purchases involving three or more personnel. Please contact email@example.com for details
We hear you. Only you know about the demands of your job or if you can “juggle” the demands of work, family, and school. That said, online courses are a great way to get the knowledge you need for career growth, without being tied down to a specific schedule, being out of the office for days at a time, or burdened by the expense of high priced tuition or travel costs. Split up into bite sized components, each course section can be completed over a lunch break in a week’s time – sometimes less. And don’t worry: if life gets in the way, you’ll have a whole year to complete the lessons on your own schedule.
We have tested the course using Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. The Learning Management System does not work well with Firefox.
