How Do I Reset My Account Password?
New user accounts are set up with general passwords and unique welcome emails are sent to all users. Once you access your account the first time, you can reset your password by logging in and on the menu bar by going to Subscriber -> Reset Password.
If you are unable to access your account, and you have an individual membership, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your account is under an organizational membership, please first, contact your organization’s account administrator. If they are unable to access your account, contact email@example.com to request a password reset.
